Humber Valley offers chalet buyers the opportunity to select a plot of land from an array of stunning locations within the resort. Each chalet is situated on a densely forested site, giving an impression of total seclusion in this peaceful, wilderness retreat. Plots vary in size from slightly less than 1 acre to 3 acres with a limited number of larger lots available up to 8 acres. Humber Valley Resort prides itself on being able to offer generously sized plots which contribute to the sense of space and the exclusive ambience of the resort.

Customers can choose from a selection of 19 existing designs, ranging in size from approximately 1,700 sq. feet (158 sq. metres) to 7,100 sq. feet (660 sq. metres), or custom build their own specification.

Buyers have the option of making changes to layout and floor plans in order to personalise a particular chalet’s design. Clients may also have an exclusively designed, bespoke chalet, on the understanding that it fits with the look and feel of the rest of the development and the design is subject to approval by the Resort.

Completed chalets are also available in a variety of designs and locations throughout the Resort. These properties could be the best option for buyers wanting an immediate vacation home. Beautiful chalets can be obtained, a mere six weeks after an offer has been accepted. Sizes range from 3 bedroom chalets (2,155 ft²) to 5 bedroom chalets (5,000 ft².) Most completed homes are sold inclusive of furniture.

Financing is available through local banks which are providing mortgages of up to 65% of the appraised value or sale price.

Humber Valley Resort offers an optional rental program. Each participating owner receives a share of the rental income for the resort as a whole.
