To reserve a property for purchase at Humber Valley Resort will require a holding deposit of CAD$6,000.
Reserved units are removed from the market for approximately one month to allow the purchaser time to view the project and prepare the initial payment. This deposit is fully refundable should the purchaser decide not to proceed.
Inspection Visits
To afford prospective buyers an opportunity to fully appreciate the project and experience all that Humber Valley Resort has to offer, the company offers inspection trips to the resort. These visits typically take place over a long weekend and give potential purchasers a chance to see the development, view the properties and facilities and meet the key people who manage the resort. These trips are also a great opportunity to explore the area and participate in some of the activities available at the resort and in the wider locale.
