Humber Valley Resort provides a full rental and property management service which ensures stress free ownership. When they are not in residence, owners have the option of placing the unit into the rental program.

All management and marketing remain the responsibility of Humber Valley Resort and are covered in its 30% share of the net rental revenue.

Management

The Resort is managed by Humber Valley Resort Corporation. Services include operational administration and management, infrastructure maintenance and the management of the amenities for dining, entertainment, and recreation.
